“ Peace ” is part of the
TERRA PRETA . LA GOMERA theme project.

TERRA PRETA . LA GOMERA aims to protect the soil of deserted terrace farming fields
by revitalising them through Terra Preta cultivation, using
organic material ( like kitchen waste ) and bio char to create the most
organic soil on earth.

TERRY PRETA has the capacity of hold nutrients for
hundred of hears, and enable the ground to keep it from drying out.
Therefor TERRY PRETA avoids organic soil being washed into the oceans
and keep the moist and water available for plants to prosper.

Furthermore , TERRA PRETA tackles climate change by actively containing
carbon in the ground , instead of oxidising it to CO2 green-house-gas,
which is what just automatically happens , when wood is not being
turned into bio-char through “pyrolysis”:
