Oh wow! This is my favourite piece to play on gittern and I've never heard it sung by a male falsetto! Is this representative of how it'd be sung in this period? Modern falsettos I've heard often have a heavier vibrato and greater projection— I've wondered about that, since the gittern and lute are rather quiet instruments.
