I’ve never watched the F1 there but have visited Monaco a few times. Transport is pretty cheap so would recommend probably staying a little outside and getting the train there (some great apartments in Nice and which is a very short train journey away) . If you wanted to make a mini holiday out of it, there’s lots to do and see along the French Rivera 🙂

ОтветитьEven if I m from Italy, I was born and lived with my family at 1 h of distance from Monaco. (currently I moved due to university work to another city)
Anyway from the age of 15 I have always been at F1 GP thanks also to my father who used to be a FIA commissioner there and each year gave me free tickets to watch the GP there!
Yes the cost of tickets are quite expensive especially Monaco (it also depends on the stands where you want to watch the race) Me personally I suggest those near the swimming pull in the last portion of the circuit!! 🙌
Monaco being a “tax heaven” is expensive in a lot of things and for a trip I would suggest definitely to stay in cities nearby like Menton or Nice!!

Im on similar macros to what you listed and find that consistent diet just makes it taste good anyway when youre weaned off takeaways and etc but i season a lot with nutritional yeast for the b vitamins too, lime juice and fancy vinegars are also good. Im on the sainsburys venezuelan 70% choc as its lower fat and sometimes get fats from tuna in sunflower oil as a change from spring water for vitamin E/extra omegas too and if i get a bit fatigued from the samey diet! And i always have packets of sugar free jelly and slush puppy icepops as theyre next to no calories and sometimes make low calorie icecream with cocoa, chai tea, oat milk, stevia and xanthan gum in case i need a mini that-time-of-the-month pick me up but then im not prepping, just generally slowly working towards goals so its not so key if i have a little stumble!
