My 5th time around and I still LOVE this episode. You know there are radio shows and TV shows like Murder She Wrote and Johnny Dollar, that I watch r listen to over and over while I work and never gets old. Its like their your family LOL strange I know.

😀 In the early 70s, I had two 7th grade students who were both named Bob Bailey. I wonder if either might have been named for this actor? 😄

Love Johnny Dollar. I'm going through twice, I like Bob Bailey so much. I think this is the only episode that brought tears to my eyes.

The kid sounds like the kid that was in the first gunsmoke episode “Billy the kid.” In fact there are a lot of actors in the bob bailey years of YTJD that were also on Gunsmoke radio..including announcer Roy Rowan!
