What’s your take on the area Jumeirah (umm suqeim to juneirah 3) by the coastline where also Burj Al Arab is…it’s quite a long coastline but there is not a lot of info on people living there, like there is for marina, downtown, JVC etc
ОтветитьI loved how you were honest
ОтветитьIts all too damn expensive
ОтветитьThat sound is disturbing 😢
Ответитьpausing the video to comment on the annoying sound effects you added in the background. on with the show
ОтветитьWould love to hear more about family friendly places to live. Thanks!
ОтветитьAreas for a single expat please. Thanks heaps.
ОтветитьI want to see the cheapest area to live in Dubai.
Ответитьopinion of silicone oasis?
ОтветитьWhat is the best place to live in order to meet people if I am moving there? Thank you!
ОтветитьJVC is very noisy from traffic doing burn outs from traffic lights to traffic lights. Cars blowing their horns at 3am!
It’s not even cheap because all you get is a shoebox to live in. The pavements are death traps and not fit to walk on. The parks seem to be filled with sleeping couriers during the day. I spent three weeks there and was glad to get out. There was nothing to do.
You should mention Damac Hills 2. It’s great value for money. You get a 3 bed house with a garden and roof terraces for the price of an apartment in JVC. There are plenty of activities here with lots of sports activities, Watertown water park, Zen Garden, outdoor movies and boating lakes. It’s an incredible oasis in the desert but only a few extra minutes away really.
Travelling here from Al Barsha south takes about 35-40 minutes by car. People think it is miles away, but if you are used to UK commuting you won’t bat an eyelid.
A three bed townhouse will cost you in the 5-6000 AED per month zone.
You have to get used to driving here, but once past Studio City things quieten down and the drive is a breeze.
It is definitely a great place to live for a balance between value for money and quality of life if you work on this side of Dubai.
Used to live in Downtown, and traffic was crazy, made a huge mistake of going out on a festive day, only to stuck in traffic for hours and returning home. We moved to Abu Dhabi , some years later, although it's boring then Dubai, but I like the laid-back and relaxed vibe of the city. Traffic is way less, and its alot greener.
