Ive noticed as for the salvage yard that they tend to set a vehicle as claimable with holidays. The car wash gives you a bonus for every business you own, I don't have a large cargo warehouse and get $28,500 daily

For the safe it’s because the count Large, Small, and Medium warehouse as different so if you have all large you’ll miss out on an additional 2k passive not worth downgrading though so it’s all good

I think cluckin' bell missions are also a good way to make money solo. You can do easy mode and still get same pay - 500k. Pretty good.

MC Businesses aren't worth it. Even with these buffs. 😢 I advise Rockstar to remove the mark on the sell vehicles. Only the one you're driving should be seen by everyone. That would lower the risk selling in a public session.

I wish they would make MC businesses more solo friendly. Or make it so your product only shows on the map when you are in the vehicle. You can’t sell in full seasons without people blowing them up no matter where your stuff is at.

My 2 cents on some of the list:
10. On the Salvage Yard - far missions, I just go to a new session at another business (like the Bail Office to send those guys on missions) and then return back and try again
9. Car Wash - somebody else already commented on the safe situation; not mentioned specifically, but doing one legit mission drops the heat to 0, regardless of how high the heat is
8. Auto Shop - Staff is still iffy; it's better now, but they still screw it up 1 out of 3 times, probably; one bonus to delivering yourself is you get rep with the car meet (none if staff delivers)
7. Club House - motorcycle deliveries always earn you $50k (better than auto shop); mine has been broken for a month or 2, so I can't do them now (Rockstar hasn't fixed it); even with the changes, I still don't do sales for clubhouse business unless the cash or document forgery office get resupplied from G's Cache; I resupply all the narcotic businesses just to sell to street dealers
5. Bunker - I have the Route 68 bunker and I think it's good; the Insurgent mission that Harmnone mentions is the one where you have 2 do 5 deliveries with each and you have to take all 3 to the first location before going to the next... that one should be avoided... the one where it's the 3 vehicles, but single delivery for each, always do that one... 2nd best after phantom wedge sell mission

I actually don't like the new Heat mechanic, in that it's a passive negative. In PvE at least, the game should react to the player, not the other way around. Players shouldn't be forced to take some action or do some play aspect just because the game forces you to.
