ОтветитьAfter 17 minutes of arm workout because all of sudden i just missed my four days of workout and sawy arms heavier than my tummy and torso weirdly hence I started arm workout today like I can give fifteen minutes to it on third day because it's literally ark and belly that gains weight become heavy with ageing I have seen many women they look old because of their fat belly and big thick arms obviously skin also shows up your age these three things show up your age at first impression observe youbwill see thick arms and fat belly and dull skin wrinkled dry skin then you look old old is not healthy it's not about just beauty it's about health first and I want to live in a healthy fully fit body as long as I am alive and use every moment day to learn something new and have passive or active income of my own family at least two thousand rupees spiritual gain through meditation each day should be productive physically financially intellectually artistically and spiritually not a single day should be a waste in any of these five aspects in my life right now I am not gaining enough financial gain hence youth wastes career years wasted main thing is finance and career backbone not marriage and children always remember which gives you place comfort luxury good food privacy to exercise study workout dance have musical singing skills that's why money career topmost priority children go with their partners husbands are assholes they run away have affairs all you will have is you everytime with you so relying on money on anyone else fully is dangerous also emotionally fully is dangerous ! And hence my focus is always on me how much I can independent we are interdependent but I try to be independent in things where I can maximum !
