Thank you for the excellent example of attack on the court.
I'll try it next time playing, looks pretty smart.
Pete sampras used to do it
ОтветитьBeen trying it a few weeks ago in a double. I had a hard time hitting the drive volley.
ОтветитьGiven it’s so effective why isn’t it used more?
ОтветитьI never managed to really nail this drive volley on the run forward, either ended up hitting it out or mishit it as a slow chip which sat up for the opponent to attack. Respect to Roger for doing this to pro players
ОтветитьI do it quite often and it works if I dont shoot long. ;))
ОтветитьRoger never used this on pressure points. He used this super rarely and as a mixup
ОтветитьI love doing this move. I'm not very good at it but it's usually just for fun 😁
ОтветитьI tried it... and then I got hit by the serve
ОтветитьDidn’t Sampras do that also ?
Ответитьnice attacking tennis by ROGER FEDERER to win the point.
ОтветитьFast feet. Soft hands. Merci PM! 🥂😘
ОтветитьThis works but tougher if the serve lands deep in the service box. 😊
ОтветитьI see you post about Federer, and I'm here
ОтветитьDont try at lower levels where the server is still struggling to keep the ball in the service box😂 It will hit your throat and be called a winning point to server
ОтветитьGreat video. Great tips. But FYI: John McEnroe did it first.
ОтветитьWhen my son was playing doubles and one of the opponents was very good at serve volley and taking net position, I had him use this tactic to get to net first and take away that advantage. He and his partner used it to turn the match around.
ОтветитьHave a match this evening, I will try it
ОтветитьI think Sampras was the best at doing this.
ОтветитьPatrick this is NOT created by RF. Please go watch Edberg vs Sampras final 1992 US ope .. Edberg has already done that…
I’m a big RF fan and also I follow your videos on tennis coaching … request you to validate it once.
Does this work for doubles?😬
ОтветитьDjokovic in the final of the US open 2015 : what the f joke is that bro :0
