GP Pinpointer VS other Pinpointers is it worth it

Spensive pin Pointers how pro Pointer At of garret represent a Best choice because another pin Pointers can't be functional in some terrains, meivy can possible the nokta can be a second option in all case for My apreciation, God bless!!

I have a Garrett carrot with Bluetooth that way I hear it through my headphones while using my Garret AT Max ......

Good review, I have had two nokta pointers die on me, my X pointer was indistructable, but I have ordered a gp for under £10 to see if it can be turned by sliding some metal down the shaft, I have seen videos claiming that you can increase it's depth by doing this ( super tuning ) I will know in a few weeks 😁

in my opinion, pinpointers should detect objects like 30ft away. more distance means better pinpointer duh

I have the gp pointer a.t. works awesome has two sensitivity settings and ground balance.

Would be interesting to do an updated review with all the choices and innovations out there just within the last couple years. The best in my opinion will always be the Whites Bullseye TRX. Amazing depth range. Now that Whites is out of Business any remaining stock people are finding are selling for up to $400 on eBay. Used can fetch over $250. Tells you what a cult following it has. I have one used one and I wouldn’t sell it for even $500. That’s as deep as a pinpointer will ever be able to get. If Garret is smart they will take the circuit board and upgrade around it with Z-link, lithium rechargeable battery, larger LED, and rubberized housing. If they did that you wouldn’t be able to make them fast enough.

The sensor in gp pointer needs to be pushed or bumped down to the end. Works much better.

My gp pointer is not work

That 1/2" inch problem is due to the coil not being all the way to the front on some of the units. Can use some finer stiff steel wire to push it to the front with an easy hack. Generally gives you an inch or so detection range.

Picked up a Kuman from Amazon. Came in yesterday, the design is a little different. I also did some test on it and it seems to work way better than the older ones. Being a busted the bank on the detector I couldnt swing 100+ for a brand name pin pointer, so far so good.
