How To Fix Windows 10 Stuck In Infinite Boot - No Software Needed!

I did this but not only did it still not let me reset my computer but now on the log in screen the log in bar does not show up and after a few seconds it goes through a cycle of the screen turning black and it going back to the log in screen please help

i want to add that in the final step " copy . .. " it said file not found and also i had only 2 directories with 0 value and 0 files, but i finished the proccess anyway and rebooted and it worked. note i have tried every other option before, ( install media repair, system restore etc. )
