ОтветитьHello there. The back of my head starts hurting in the middle of my workout. Today was the 3rd time in the past 7 days and i cant finish my workouts. i dont know why this is happening. Im not pushing myself too hard nor am i not eating enough. Has this happened to anyone else?

I think it makes sense, bigger (trained) bodies have more muscle tissue and could therefore hold more creatine... so 10g / day for people around 100kg bodyweight seems legit!

ОтветитьSo you are doing 2 working sets to failure now everytime apart from some exceptions? Along with 1-2 warm up sets, is that correct? As I've been watching for a while now and know you used to only do 1 working set back when you were on the blood & guts program, if I am not mistaken. It's what I have been rocking with myself but feel like a second working set might not be a bad idea for certain excersises.
