If you notice when he starts speaking about how wise that he is, Dwight audience start to chuckle, thinking he was telling some type of joke or looking at him like some type of clown. Mr. Ali was speaking the truth. His knowledge is superior than most. God bless him basically what he’s saying is they fear him he don’t fear them. If you notice the narrator was getting ready to say the same thing about they fear and he fear and Mr. Ali said that didn’t pertain him man I wish I could’ve met this guy. God bless you champ.
