We don't get lost in India because we are not allowed to roam around nature. Always study, work hard and forget nature. That's what is taught by parents, school, capitalism. Actually I believe shiva is nothing but sacred and silent. The timeless space gives some time to be away from the identity of me. The brain and the consciousness gets freedom from me when you are silent and meditative. The right thing happens in the clarity. Shiva is timeless not the symbol.😊😊😊

Not Exactly ! At Many Shiva Temples, Lord Shiva faces different directions. Based on Lord Shiva's direction, Nandi's direction change. Rarely both may be facing same direction too !

I think that's not true.. I am from Warangal, and we have a 1000 year old shiva temple near our home. It's name is Bhogeshwaralayam, built by Kakatiyas. In this temple the spout points towards west, and nandishwara is in North South direction. You can even find Bringi placed in North South direction in this temple..
