Using Malwarebytes Chameleon to Remove Malware

Yep I was aware you can start Chameleon from it's help file but since some files are blocked I started it from "explorer.exe" instead which usually is one of the files Fake AV let go unchecked (probably because explorer.exe is also the windows shell and would be hard to block).

what if malwarebytes is not on your computer to begin with
