Once you get to a certain point, you can start selling guns to grind up thousands. Of course itll be through story and city w Rais's men. All of the positives in this game get better as the endgame gets closer. Use all of these tools to help out the skills system.

This is why I keep going back and playing this game again and again.

I will never get the feeling I got when I first encountered my first volly, It was such a sense of danger I had to close my eyes and put a pillow over me. Now I eradicate anything I see with event weapons.

After playing Dying Light for so long, I can gladly say: The first Dying Light is one of the BEST Open-World zombie games ever made!
Apart from the story, I love pretty much everything about this game. The combat, the enemies (zombies), the environment (Especially at night), the Gore, the parkour mechanics, everything...
The only thing that feels a little lazy is the story of the first game. It very short and not very deep, but the game makes up for it with all the rest.

I'm playing DL2 now. I heard it had a rough launch but I've just started playing it by the end of 2023 as it was on sale, and I'm really enjoying it. This convinces me I need to play DL1 too

when the game make 10 years it should have a remaster or a remake

The first night especially when it got pitch black was a heart racing moment. It is kind of annoying that in 2 you lose stamina for climbing and you have to buy blueprints.

I dont like horror zombie games, but I really liked dying light.

Gosh I still remember my first time playing the night time and the times I refuse to play the game when night approaches just to proceed to sleep to progress the ingame time. I also remember the first time I mustered up some courage to do night time missions when I bought a purple rarity angel sword from a trader and used a fire mod on it plus some UV flares to create some mini safe zones when I travel at night. The grappling hook and uv flashlight really were game changers and immediately negated like 90% of my fear of the night. I still come back to this game every once in a while to help some new players get through their first night mission XD

I started playing dying light around 12 years old and only got pass rias once I was 13 and not afraid to go outside during the night.

My 1st playthru in 2015 was terrifying. Ive pkayed it so kuch since that its music is as iconic as the ps4 ui theme. To me atleast

Kinda disagree on healthbar being an improvement to the game.

I mean, not knowing whether you killed a zombie or not IS part of a zombie apocalypse. Like, they're all dead humans walking, so the only surefire way to declare a zombie even dead-er is to squash their head. It makes sense that you either damage your weapon entirely trying to destroy the head or leave the zombie and risk being attacked by it. Totally immersion-breaking move IMO that partially contributed to Dying Light 2 having a glimpse of the atmosphere we had in Dying Light.

For an old game it is still too pricey.

i still love that even to this day running at night in dying lights still scary af and no matter your level its still a pain in the ass to get through its amazing

I've beaten this game at the time while I was watching The Walking Dead series, and I remember playing this while waiting for the next season to come out to stretch the hype. Good times...not to mention this game was a true masterpiece!

dying light 2 is a whole new experience, theres only 1 way to repair weapons, and its just better and in the first game theres a bug that takes u like a min to learn and you can make anything into stacks of 99999999 {essentially infinite} and you can get survivor level 25 probably within the first hour of playing, however im over half way through the story in dying light 2 {my second playthrough} and my player rank isnt even 5 yet

I got dying light back in 2016, and when I found out it was a first person game, I basically put it to the side since I'm more Into 3rd person. But my PS4 stopped playing alot of my disc, but dying light wasn't one of them. So I put it in, and I was blown away using a plank to hit zombies, and it not having an effect on them. Till you upgrade your stats. Been playing for a month and my legendary level is 37. It kicks ass

i mean sector 0 is the second like area of the gameplay but most of the story happens in slums. Also im from the country this game was made in ( Poland if u didnt know), and from the same city as the headquarters of techland so im fairly sure i can say that im really close this game.
