this video leaded me to severe existencial crisis
ОтветитьWe're leaving our young boys behind
ОтветитьMy head hurts
ОтветитьI like that Jude is getting praised. This field of study is rather new so I'm optimistic about future generations having the knowledge and furthering the study of these incredible objects. Imagine everyone just casually talking about black holes as much as we talk about cats on the internet.
Ответитьlevel 6 : Black Holes can´t be explained
Ответить"We know more and more, but we also see how much more there is to understand"🚬🌌
Ответитьa what radiation
ОтветитьEach sense we have is an advanced being. We can not find "life" in the universe. We evolved inside of other beings; light, space, matter.
ОтветитьThe light is a being
Ответитьthe sun is not heavy enough?
Ответитьsupernova, collapse, running out of fuel...what a mess
ОтветитьOh god...I'm only at the child-level and already she's lost me.
ОтветитьMe, 28, lost halfway through the child explanation 😅
ОтветитьI thought she was Kristen Schall
ОтветитьShe’s obviously very smart but she’s terrible at communicating ideas to children in a way that’s easy to understand.
ОтветитьCrazy how the kid just understood the general theory of relativity like that
ОтветитьShe kinda looks like Dr song
ОтветитьI am 18 years old Science student but i can't understand most of the discuss done with the expert 🥲
Ответитьthis made me realise how much I know about black holes
ОтветитьMediocrity: ..But we don't believe in singularity
ОтветитьEnough
Black holes, dark matter, big bang theory are overrated,,,,,
Why don't they talk about Electromagnetic theory?
Physics is not only about black holes or singularity (I don't think we will ever be able to use this knowledge in practical life), physics is about electronics, electromagnetic theory, classical mechanics, atomic theory, and many other things such as studying spectrum..... Otherwise you are just an idiot who is reading economics news in newspaper and dreaming of becoming economist
lol "collage student" ofc had to be a woke PC SJW lunatic.
ОтветитьCommon Core Big Bang Theory has done decades of damage to our progress
ОтветитьThey lost me after the teen conversation 😂 dope episode though!
ОтветитьActually, the expert level is the newbie level in real life.
Ответить🕳 White people are Albinos 😮
ОтветитьJenn eleven lol
ОтветитьThe person with pink hair, I get the message and I hope someone in department of justice gets the message too.
ОтветитьI love how she doesn't treat anyone like they're dumb while teaching them new things
Ответитьyeah i'm lost at child level
ОтветитьAstrophysicists often tackle complex concepts like black holes by breaking them down into varying levels of difficulty, making them more accessible to diverse audiences. This approach not only helps to clarify the intricate nature of black holes but also demonstrates the value of effective science communication. However, a pertinent question arises: As we simplify complex scientific concepts for broader understanding, how can we ensure that we maintain the accuracy and depth of the information without oversimplifying or misrepresenting critical details? How can educators balance clarity with complexity to foster a deeper appreciation and understanding of such profound topics?
ОтветитьGod the Creator of the universe
ОтветитьWhen she got to the expert I could tell in the first 10 words 😅
Ответитьi was raped
ОтветитьYassified Kristen Schaal
Ответитьthats a briliant idea! makes it very catchy and alive
ОтветитьI love how she finished with "We know more and more, but we also see how much more there is to understand" because I really think that is the definition of what true knowledge and wisdom is, being able to actually realize how little you actually know
Ответитьdude me getting lost like a minute into the child explanation has me crying laughing rn
Ответитьsuch a brilliant brain.
ОтветитьI barely understood the first explanation and I’m 27
Ответитьthe kid and the teen were pretty smart
ОтветитьMy theory, a supermassive black hole, is the result of a small, young universe with a massive cluster of stars collapsing into one supermassive black hole, thereby destroying the galaxy, and creating a void of matter large enough to constitute a black hole, but not entirely the same. Just a thought with little scientific backing to prove it hiwever, it's still interesting to ponder.
ОтветитьI'm a student of michio Kaku. So I can literally understand everything.
ОтветитьProf. Of City University New York. She should have call Michio Kaku. 😂. He is explaining everything to him.
ОтветитьTheoretically if Black Holes have Singularities inside them. What would happen to the Singularities when Black Holes merge?
Ответитьthe thumbnail for this looks just like Kristen Schaal! Haha I was like, WHOA! What an extensive resume she has
ОтветитьIt's funny how they talk about black holes as if they are a real thing. They don't mention that it is a theorized part of a larger theory, the standard model. A mathematical construct.
They don't mention how there are alternative theories... This is quite typical and quite deceitful. People who don't know better (most people, including me for most of my life) would think that black holes are facts...when in fact, they are not proven to be fact. Interpretations are not fact. Mathematical constructs & speculation is not fact. Theories aren't fact.
They should've at least mentioned that. There are alternatives to the gravity based standard model. That is science.
