Instead of a protein bar that is packed with carbs and sugar and only 17g of protein; you should eat a ribeye instead. A 12oz Ribeye has around 54-92g of protein depending on how it’s cut and the fat content. A ribeye will keep you satiated longer than a ultra processed, sugary, and carb-filled protein bar. Lay off the unhealthy zero-sugar drinks and just drink water. Cut carbs and sugar down to practically zero and you’ll see major improvement. As Dr. Brule says, “it’s for your health!”
