Ответитьthank you!!!
ОтветитьThanks so much 😅😂
ОтветитьThank You for this video!
ОтветитьYou are great
ОтветитьI’ve never been the strongest swimmer but after a terrifying incident when jumping out of a boat on holiday I lost all confidence and developed huge water phobia. Your videos have given me so much more confidence and have improved my technique. Still got a way to go to improve my water phobia of the sea (desperate to snorkel in Bali so trying to practice lots but I feel like the pool won’t prepare me enough) I wish you could come to England to prepare me! Your videos are a joy to watch, your teaching is the BEST, so simple yet entertaining! Thank you SO much, subscriber for life
ОтветитьThis is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
ОтветитьGreate explaination
ОтветитьI'm 45 and just starting to learn swimming (a friend has been helping out at an LA Fitness pool in Houston). At this point I have gotten cmfortable with water and I can say I don't have the fear to be alone in a pool.
I can backstroke from one end to another no problem because the head is always above water.
But I struggle with breast stroke because I am yet to master the technique of breathing out underwater and breathing in at the surface. Hopefully with practice.
I really want to drive to Austin for personal training from you Rocket, you are such an amazing instructor. Appreciate all you do man!
@the-noodle-guy
ОтветитьThanks for your instructions,it improves my swimming very well I am a 71 yers old and use 3 stroke technique in free style
ОтветитьClear explanation. I tried first time butterfly kicks with breaststroke hands and it works.👍
ОтветитьThe best video ever!!!
ОтветитьThe fact that you mention that it is best to breathe out your air as your turning to the side, makes a lot of sense. This is easier than trying to breathe bubbles while your face is under the water, prior to turning the face sideways out of the water and taking a breathe. I have just started swimming again at 67. Haven’t swam since I was in my teens. Thank you this was the instruction I needed. Clear and concise 🙏🇨🇦
ОтветитьYou are an excellent teacher. Well done❤
Ответить30 mins- you learn all 4 styles of swimming with utmost precision and no BS. Great job
ОтветитьMy daughter is swim a Backstroke and breaststroke
ОтветитьNew subscriber🎉🎉 from UK 🇬🇧
ОтветитьBest swimming tutorial ever 🌹🌹🌹
ОтветитьBrilliant as usual !
All the materials you provide are useful and interesting even for those who are good at swimming... Good luck. 🏊✌️
Thank you for this! Learned to swim as a child, only breaststroke. However, I soon ended up preferring to "freedive" rather than swim on the surface and now I don't know any other swimming styles and techniques. I'll use this to hopefully become a stronger swimmer.
ОтветитьHi how u r handsome
ОтветитьSeems like good video.. I'll have to go 4the whole video.. All the way..
Thank you mr Rocket....
😅
ОтветитьPrecise, professional and informative. Thank you
Ответитьthanks
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьI'm absolutely petrified of the water I've done level 1 beginner swimming lessons and cannot get a grip of freestyle, I just keep sinking to the side when I move my arms how can I fix this? Also cannot hold myself up in that water when stationary I had a bad experience when learning and went straight under the water which is the reason why I'm terrified of swimming
ОтветитьGood teacher thank you for all these informtion
ОтветитьThis is so useful like actually this is the best seo by step video out there
ОтветитьIm considering joining a swim team in my new school, so this was pretty useful.
ОтветитьI’m so glad that I found you tutorials. I didn’t learn to swim until my late 20’s after many bad experiences in lakes/pools. Also my brother drowned in a rip-current so I was very afraid of the water. It’s been about 34 years since I swam laps in a pool and I’m trying to get back to it despite some fear. I’m almost 67 and really need this because of the low-impact and great health benefits. Your videos will really help me especially your tip: don’t hold your breath. That’s the part that makes me freak out. Thanks so much.
ОтветитьThanks man boiling water flipping!! I love it 👏
ОтветитьBack and frog stroke is my first technique for swimming 😅
ОтветитьJohnny breaststroke is looking tough
