My sister was in an abusive relationship for over 20 years ! She left numerous times! My husband/I would put her up in an apartment, first/last $$$, groceries, etc. I finally had to walk away but remind her i was there when he was ready to help herself! She finally did! And she is doing AMAZING!!! Im so proud of her
