9.687 is ridiculous for this. Comparing these Routines to the rest of the competition this should have scored a 9.60. lol. I really hate the judging in the 90s and early 2000s.

While ROU was much improved by Sydney in terms of presentation, I'll never get over them beating RUS despite Arkayev's horrible selection for the 5th/6th spots and their multiple big errors. VT alone should've been too large of a gap for ROU to overcome, yet somehow Isarescu and Olaru/Amanar were able to score comparably to Lobaznyuk with .20 less SV (and in Isarescu's case, far worse vaulting).

Olaru alone was gifted enough to give gold to RUS; .10 on VT, .30 on UB, .10 on BB, and .30 here on FX. In a field as deep as this one, the judges had an obligation to separate the best from the good using deductions on a routine like this for:
1. Insufficient artistry of performance (up to .30)
2. Insufficient dynamics of performance (up to .20)
3. Lack of diversified composition (up to .20)
4. Lack of variation in rhythm and tempo (up to .20)

Love her choreography!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love the music, but she should have been the silver medalist in the 99 AA, and she did not deserve a bronze on vault in 99
