‘What happens next?’: History behind Russia’s war with Ukraine analysed

Sky News contributor Chris Uhlmann discusses the “nature” of the war between Ukraine and Russia since it began originally in 2014.

“It was really over the nature of what had happened in the history of the relationship, or the war between Ukraine and Russia, there is not a shadow of a doubt that Russia invaded Ukraine,” Mr Uhlmann said.

“The fight started in 2014 and all that Zelensky is trying to do at the moment is to make sure he gets peace on some kind of terms his country can live with and to ensure the Russians don’t come again.”
