ОтветитьTrump doesn't have any economic policies. His administration is a kleptocracy.
ОтветитьI've said it, and others have. Trump is there to destroy the USA. Everything he has done digs a deeper hole for the country.
ОтветитьSo trump wants to tax whole countries outside of the USA.
ОтветитьIt is the end of pension funds, ETF, the end of any public investment for health insurance, retirement, savings...
ОтветитьThey already have withholding taxes for investors.
ОтветитьYhank you for information. It makes us think and be prepaired.
ОтветитьSactions gone mad, making BRICS great again, making Americas enimes great, its the real unreal reality of MAGA policies destroying America, the yuan will become the worlds currency sooner rather than later, if America goes down Isreal goes down with it
ОтветитьHere in Denmark foreign investors in Danish Bonds and shares pay dividend taxes … so why is it so extra ordinary this US act? Is it because of the part about further taxation of investors from countries US officially “do not like”? I am quite sure that the Bond, shares and other “financial products” markets will crash - in one way or the other and for some reason or other - it must crash because this “ financial circus” cannot go on. It is not “sustainable” and will not be part of the future. Awakened people will not allow it, simply….
ОтветитьCheck out Leeja Miller and her segment on Project Esther - for context …. “the good guys versus people we want to hurt, sanction and at best get rid of” …. And by now: the “good guys” have the money and power to get rid of who they want …. Also check out the other Heritage Foundation playbook “Project 2025” if you are not familiat with this … also inspired by Orban and friends ….
ОтветитьI don't really understand this one.
ОтветитьSounds a good idea to me.
ОтветитьThey already do this withholding I thought. My Canadian relatives had tax withheld automatically when they sold property in the US.
ОтветитьUS companies form a big part of all Global Funds and ETFs. I don’t see how it’s going to work?
ОтветитьTrump is a dangerous loony.
ОтветитьDon’t forget he also floated the idea of the USA doing what he did in his own business activities- not repaying debt or discounting repayments! That is similar but even worse as who would ever buy American bonds if that was the case?
Ответитьas someone who invests in the US stock market, i'll certainly be swapping it out for EU/UK stocks now.
ОтветитьIn a way, I think he's playing chicken with the Fed. He's openly criticized them for years, and wants arbitrarily lower rates. Once T sufficiently drives us all off a cliff, the Fed cuts, among T power grabs.
ОтветитьStrange edits. Doomster click bait?😊
ОтветитьWell, sanctioning the foreign investors without such a strong reason will deter any investments in the US. That's the perfect recipe to make your country poorer.
ОтветитьSo they want US stock prices to go down? Because that's the only outcome of this.
ОтветитьBuddy: don’t worry about the USA; the UK has a lot more problem than we do ! Solve your problems first!
ОтветитьDoes anyone else think that something very bad will happen soon?
ОтветитьLABOUR IS WORKING: LABOURS mission has been clear: to create jobs and make working people, in all parts of our country, better off.
After 14 years of Tory failure, we had to start by fixing the foundations. Now we’re turning a corner:
• Interest rates have been cut four times – a cost-of-living boost for every single person in Britain with a mortgage.
• Real wages have grown more in the first ten months of this Labour Government than in the first ten years of Tory rule.
• We are the fastest growing major economy, striking trade deals with India, America and the European Union, as countries line up to do business with the UK once again.
These are signs that finally, with our Plan for Change, Britain is getting its future back. Our job is to make sure that people feel it and that’s what today’s Spending Review announcements are all about:
Economy – we’re rolling out investments and projects that will produce jobs, prosperity and put more money in the pockets of people across the country – free school meals for half a million more children, bus fares capped at £3, a record £39 billion for a new Affordable Homes Programme, and more. Because I believe Britain's renewal must be a truly national endeavour.
Health – the British people voted for an NHS fit for the future and that’s what they’ll get. Today I announced a record investment in the health service - an additional £29 billion a year for more appointments, more doctors and more equipment.
Security – we’re investing to create thousands of new, high skilled jobs in energy, infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence. We’re keeping our country safe, with the biggest sustained increase in defence spending since the Cold War to back our armed forces and create British jobs in British industries.
