"SHAKE THAT THING": JESSICA KING / CLINT BAKER'S NEW ORLEANS JAZZ BAND (Redwood Coast MF 10.07.24)

Ordinarily, Jessica King is a subtle pleasure. You might have to lean forward a few degrees to truly hear her, but your ears will thank you. But she can lead the congregation into improved psychic and physical states. Here she is, with Clint Baker's New Orleans Jazz Band, at the Redwood Coast Music Festival, last October, urging us all on to greater mobility.

The band is Clint Baker, trumpet; Nate Ketner, tenor saxophone; Ryan Calloway, clarinet; Bill Reinhart, banjo; Katie Cavera, double bass; Riley Baker, drums, and guest Kris Tokarski, piano.
