Doing this drill until i can move to another follow along video.
Day 1: Not the best, i've never lost the ball so much during my practices. I could do sone of the moves but not doing then right irritates me so much to the point where i have to rewind back to the start of the move to try again. Hopefully i'll do better tomorrow
Day 2: Better than Day 1, can actually do some of the moves correctly but i lose the ball after 3 to 4 times. Overall i see minor improvement, go slow.
Day 3: More precise, thats it.
Day 4: Went a bit slower this time but with it i was able to do all the moves correctly with more precision

ОтветитьI’m a beginner footballer and I’m gonna do these drills everyday for a month and see my progress and track them down. Join me if you are disciplined enough.
Day 1: Very brutal. Took me a while to even learn how to do the moves and I did them very slowly. Although I will say, towards the end of the 1 minute, I got much much better, so I know that im infact progressing. One thing that I can say is that don’t be afraid of going slowly. I was going super slow but because I nailed the technique down early on, I could go slightly faster towards the end while being more fluid and it being more effortless

ОтветитьDo each of these drills 1000 times CORRECTLY a day (don’t worry about the time/speed). YOU WILL SEE A HUGE DIFFERENCE in a week.

✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ (1 week done) getting faster still a bit to go noticing better control on ball and passing.

Is the jumping part important?
ОтветитьDay 1:- couldn't do the form properly but after doing it other skills kind of became sharper than usual
Day 2:- already improvements but still my form is not 100% correct but great improvements compared to day 1
Day3:- couldn't do it fully due to match
Day4:- couldn't do it fully due to match
Day5:- couldn't do it fully due to match
Day6:- had a match today too but still did it because it kind of improved my dribbling
Day7:- due to ramadan I did it at evening or night time almost lost the grip on the ball 😅
Day8:- kind of getting good at the ball
Day9:- I was just playing friendly with my friend and I saw how I can control the ball easier than before
Day10:- so tired couldn't do it
