I Tried To Make A New Vietnamese Dish From Local Market Ingredients

Market To Table, I shopped at one of my favorite markets in Saigon looking for some inspiration to create a new dish. Seeing these baby clams first, I knew i wanted to use them some how. I love cooking this style of food now, I have a little dream of adding something to the Vietnamese cuisine lexicon. :), maybe it will be this one.
