Don't be afraid to add other shit to your diet. You can get an aesthetic physique without having a garbage diet like that. Don't be afraid to add lean red meats, fish, fruits and more veggies, dairy, whatever
I would also say to practice self concept, which is apart of the mental aspect, do all the things u need to do but also love yourself on the journey and put some affirmations in ur notes to say to yourself throughout the day

The best diet any person can stick to is a diet they can stick to for the rest of their lives not the one that gives you the most results, but the one you can stick to in the long-run if you dont stick to it its all pointless
