Wow thank you for the lessons in light. I'm a self taught artist and usually do watercolors, but just now learning pastels. This was delightful.

There is a lot of good information in this video but little of it concerns pastel painting directly.

You mean Da Vinci was the first to utilize chiaroscuro. Rembrandt was great but he was no Caravaggio.
