Ford is obviously guilty, even though video evidence supports his behavior and the neighbor testimony. Circumstantial evidence from the case is overwhelming. What I'd like to see is the easement agreement documents, those are always put in place for land that is inaccessible by other means.

If he knew/knows the evidence wasn't tested for DNA, I wonder why he didn't go public with that information. Apparently the family was wealthy and influential, which usually means they have a certain amount of status and power. I feel the parents should/could have done alot more than they did, which was nothing.

I'm a land surveyor, and there's either an easement, or there isn't. An easement is legally drawn up, so if it exists, it's on a filed map so it's easy to determine. Also if there is an easement, access is allowed. That's the point of an easement. An easement can be for a multitude of things, but it always means access

I side with John Ramsey from my own family's experience. We had a break in and my little sister was SA but I chased him off. The cops even when they were questioning me as a 15-year-old were disregarding very important details I was giving them and trying to lead me to say it was my dad and/or brother. This destroyed my family. My sister told me decades later that she thought it was a neighbor in a garage apartment. My dad and brothers hated me after this because they thought I was pointing the finger at them. My family actually split up into different cities for a while and was never the same

Why no famial DNA tests? This is outrageous! It has solved so many cold cases...supposedly lots of DNA samples...shame on the Boulder police force, detectives and all. To not have this solved for this family in this day of technology is criminal in itself! RIP sweet child and I do hope somehow this case moves forward and there is justice for her and her family.
