The Magic of Physical Therapy

Don’t get us wrong, we love a good YouTube video.

However, when you hear someone say, “I don’t need PT, I can just YouTube the exercises” then we can’t help but set the record straight.

Unfortunately, part of the reason that people think this is because a lot of what we see about PT on social media is unique and fancy exercise so we think that’s all it is.

Sure, some of these exercises have their place and they are entertaining, but PT is so much more beyond that.
