China has a lot of jobs to offer. The economy is still growing. 11.5 million is a small number for China. China has a lot of new industries, from EVs to solar to space, etc.

If China produces 1% (of population) of graduates each year, it will produce graduates as many as 10% of its population in 10 years. Obviously this is a big percentage, and may result in too many graduates and high unemployment rate.

As AI develops and machines / robots are getting smarter and smarter, more and more manual and lower intelligence jobs are lost. Human workers need to be at least one level more intelligent than robots.
