Nori or roasted seaweed is high in B12 too.
Ответитьmagnifique
ОтветитьSo you don’t use any supplements ? Just your herbs?
ОтветитьThank you Markus appreciate the work you do to keep us folk who love your help and guidance, hugs to you and Cara xxxx
ОтветитьSomeone said b12 grows naturally in our mouths. Is this true?
Ответитьb12 is added to nutritional yeasts
ОтветитьI have searched high and low for information on b12 and this was the only explanation that was easy to understand and makes sense. Thank you!
ОтветитьWow! Yes, I have low stomach acid and low on B12, and H Pylori & SIBO, which my Genius Biofeedback app shows me. Better than a doctor. Have leaky gut, adrenal burnout from stress. I got all the supplements in the Genius too, so sending myself the energetic signature of these. You're so smart, thank you.
ОтветитьThank you.🦋💜
ОтветитьSeamoss? I hear it has b12. Can we absorb it????
ОтветитьI seen a lot of videos of you from photography to health your fantastic love your story who am I your amazing
ОтветитьAmen :)
ОтветитьVery Vital Video Thank You!
ОтветитьAnother great video
ОтветитьI am drinking dandelion root tea again, even going to be plucking some dandelion greens later to add to salads etc. I am also taking ACV with lemon juice and fresh ginger. My stomach acid is low and I believe its the main reason I have a throat stomach infection.
ОтветитьGive ME some chocolate. I'm sure it's full of...B12.
ОтветитьB12 deficiency has just struck me age 62. It causes many disease symptoms. Low stomach acid was the problem. Took plenty of apple cider vinegar to improve stomach acid. Took a few months to overcome b12 symptoms. Improves straight away, but I suggest do not neglect low stomach acid
ОтветитьI grow my own garden in mineral-rich soil and go out daily to pick and eat things straight out of the garden. I used to think as you do, and didn't supplement with B-12 for years. Then I got absolutely debilitating muscle cramps that would not let up for weeks on end. Every night was hell. Went back on B-12, and problem solved. Just putting that out there as a warning. Trust your body. It knows what it needs.
ОтветитьMarkus! I follow a lot of your advice and have your books and tried your supplements. As you can see I followed you for a good while and proven a lot of things you say are very true!
I wanted to ask about intrinsic factor when it comes to b12. I came around a well educated lady who didn’t recommend a vegan diet when it comes to b12 because of the absorption. Do you have any insight of this? I can’t get my head around the idea of eating anything from the animal kingdom, it hurts my soul. I’m pretty sure there is a good explanation for this.
I’ll appreciate it very much!
Im just having a little laugh about the 345 thumbs down! Wonder what corporations those are from!
ОтветитьThank you , Markus, once again you tell the truth unlike
the majority of people
AKA the non-vegan robots. 🌞🙏
Wow!!! What a great education. And those lab tests are very expensive.
ОтветитьWith respect Markus and i think your sea weed have the correct amounts of B12 but reading the comments I have to comment this... why nobody talks about chlorella? it has tremendous amounts of B12 in one single table spoon serving, you can get (if its high quality) up to 500% of b12 that it is today scientifically proven to raise your B12 levels and it is NOT antagonistic to b12 we humans need unlike spirulina which has analogue and it is not for humans. Plus some say if you grow your own wheat grass it has some b12 in there are well.
ОтветитьAt the end of the day it’s super cheap and peace of mind and easy to get sublingual active B12. Why? Governments do a heck of a job 24/7 to spray/geo engineer the entire surface of the earth - which means ALL the food and water you consume sprayed with roundup, heavy metals, pesticides ect… safe to say what USED to be naturally occurring is most likely not there and if it is: dramatically reduced amounts.
B12 shouldn’t even be a main concern - the fact your being poisoned every step of the way should be. Focusing of detoxification SHOULD!
Brilliant! Changing the comercial, inc "medicine," not health, world that's been forced upon us is the way forward. Undo what these greedy creatures have done for personal gain.
Ответить👋🏻
ОтветитьThanks a lot! It seems like panic around B12 is similar like it was before around proteins...
ОтветитьMarkus can i mix nutritional yeast with watermelon in a blender?
ОтветитьThank you 🙏
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьOnly partly through but if B12 comes from soil there are a couple authors who will have to rethink their stance on the "B12 epidemic" ...
Ответить🥰🥰🥰
ОтветитьAwesome video! Thank you for the intelligent answer to all the ridiculous B12 hype that is just causing people to overdose on supplements they don’t need that cause more harm than good. ❤😊
ОтветитьLove it on the u tube page, there was a pic of pizza and a pic of your smiling face, real nice. Ty
ОтветитьYes yes yes! Scientific, factual and so accurate. So refreshing thank you markus for this video. everyone needs to watch it.
ОтветитьThank you so much Markus, yes he help a lot! I m still learning and I use it! 😅
ОтветитьGood, im learning
ОтветитьWhat’s your opinion on Vit. D, and how do I get more of it, if I’m not out in the sun. Especially with winter coming?
ОтветитьMy doctor checked my B12 levels and told me to stop supplementing because I had too much! I wasn't supplementing! I was just throwing foraged dandelions in my green smoothies without scrubbing off every bit of dirt.
ОтветитьThis might be a dumb question, but is nutritional yeast bad for you like yeast and bread is?
ОтветитьI needed to hear this ❤
ОтветитьI’m watching all of your videos 3 times 😃😃. Such a wealth of simplified information. Thank you again Markus!
Love the green formula and sea moss too!
Got it !
Ответитьthanks
ОтветитьPut worms in your garden.. do not cut your dandelions sweet yum yum buddy
Ответить@The Healthy Life is baking soda toothpaste bad for you?
ОтветитьMarkus is baking soda toothpaste bad for you?
And also then is consuming baking soda bad for you?
