The Defense Information School exists to provide our nation's military with expert communicators ready to face the challenges of today's complex media landscape. We equip them with the knowledge and skills they'll need to get the DoD's story out on all fronts.

We're working with Public Affairs leaders across the DoD to assess the communication needs of today's military, and completely revamping our entry-level training to better prepare our students to impact their audiences.
