It is a point based system because each time you add in an event, it adds the number of possibly slots for the next one. So for the first one you have to place, you have a 50-50 chance of getting it right. Either before the given event, or after. But for the very last one, there are so many potential slots that its tougher, thus giving you more points if you are correct.
