Many moments made me chuckle but the SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS at the spray paint section made me lose it. I've been watching Vice Grip since he had about 50k subs and I'm so glad to see him getting more recognition.

Ya'll better be sending this man a fat check each month. Derek is legitimately 100% the reason I changed where I shop for auto parts and now buy WIX filters....and I know I'm not the only one. I found the nearest O'Reilly's and always drive an extra 20 minutes both ways to shop there because of him. I had no idea how much better they are over Advance and AutoZone until he seeing what I saw when he went inside for some parts in one of his videos.

I just bought their platinum AGM battery ($250+tax). Put it my truck,and the battery was down to 25%. Took it straight back to O Riley's and they would not exchange it. They offered to charge it for me if I wanted to wait in the store for an hr or more. They even said I could borrow their tools to get it out and bring it into the store for them. Never again! O'Reilly's will never get another dime from me!

I'm an O'Reilly man myself. Kragen before that, but heck, Kragen became O'Reilly.

So far 2 batteries you put my phone # in wrong so you would not honor the warranty about 200$ I am out.i bought two fuel pumps about 200$ each both with life time warranties your records don't show without phone numbers my phones were stolen I don't know the old numbers costing me another 200$ since you wouldn't honor the warranty again my fuel pump went out your records don't show it again so that is another 200$ you won't honor so now I am going to have to spend another 200$ for another fuel pump that I should not have to spend because again it should be replaced at no charge because of the warranty not being honored plus installation for a third time plus replacement of the phones being stole .It really socks that you don't simply list all my purchases under my fricken name.i am on social security am disabled with no vehicle you are way to far away for me to walk and I don't have another 200$ to spend in order to get another fuel pump plus the cost to have it installed again ,I have come up with 13 of my old numbers for you to check to see if one of them may match your records for you to honor the warranties for the fuel pump but your employee is busy with customers and doesn't have the time to take the numbers let alone go through them to find the purchases and warranties.I have been a customer with you for over,yes over 10 years probably closer to 20!!!!!. I am now in poor health on social security and in my 60's. Would you recommend you now?????? This situation is so drastic it will probably be the death of me.Seriouselyand I am a veteran fighting for my country that allows you to operate your business freely in america.Taking it for granted is disgraceful.
