Bay really treated Nemesis Prime so rushed. Instead of having Optimus Prime being brainwashed. Quintessa could’ve used a Protoform to resemble him, just to trick Bumblebee and the others into thinking it is Optimus, but not him self. When the secret was revealed that it’s an imposter. Nemesis Prime changed his paint color into black and red, as a sign of his true colors. During the final battle, Optimus would break free from Quintessa’s prison just to fight his evil twin. While Megatron would turned against Quintessa, despite being commanded by no one. Proof that he’s done being someone’s tool, rather it’s the Fallen, Sentinel, even Quintessa.

I really liked the Nemesis Prime skin in Transformers Devastation, though I do agree with your list!

The Power of the Primes version is fantastic, not only they made a new head for Nemesis Prime but for his unevolved form Nemesis Pax.

The thing about nemesis prime in transformers prime is that he is only faded for us, so the kids could differ him from optimus more easily. In universe they are the same colors!

The Armada version was the coolest to me. He was mysterious, scary and fleeting in appearance which made him last longer in my mind

You still should've included Robots in Disguise "Scourge" as he has more in common with Nemesis.

My favorite is Transformers Prime.

Others I like are Robots in Disguise Scourge animation and 2001 toy, G1 toy, Power of the Primes, War for Cybertron trilogy, Armada, and DLX.

How they could have done it in the bay versus was in age of extinction nemesis prime was created by humans like they were trying to do but megatron starts to make him like nemesis prime. Give him thoughts and stuff. Kind of out of spite like you killed me now I’m going to make a copy of you for the humans and have it try to cook your ass. Movie would play out basically the same way where with the lockdown stuff and the seed instead it’s nemesis prime. At some point they’d have to fight again and I don’t know how that would be maybe have the other autobots and Dinobots go up against him. Have it kind of end in a draw where everyone loses possibly have a autobot or two killed just so you know he’s a threat. Then he leaves age of extinction plays out the same. Nemesis with memories of cybertron wants to go and see where “his home is” and leaves earth. Which leads to optimus prime like I have to go out and put this thing down and leaves earth to go after him. Then we can go to the last knight where nemesis goes to cybertron and he’s pissed off about the state of it. This leads him to join the one transformer person there who name escapes me. They team up she upgrades nemesis prime further. At some point optimus prime gets there. They have a fight again this time nemesis bests optimus. He’s like I’ll let you live so you can see earth destroyed or some shit. The movie can play out bit of the same except the autobots have to somehow free optimus prime…..again which they kind of could do with the other group of transformers. Then you can have nemesis prime and bumble to at it but make that fight actually worth something. I dunno I’m kind of just spit balling but you can kind of see my thought process. You just swap the megatron stuff with him and megatron just stays dead. Even make it where nemesis breaks out the other decepticons just so he has some canon fodder minions. This is me just spit balling here and there probably a better way of that but that’s kind of how the last two movies could have handled the nemesis prime stuff.

The Armada version of Nemesis Prime will always be the one I think of. Just a super powerful, unhinged, scary mindless brute who solo’d most of the main cast with ease.

The Nemesis Prime designs that I'm the most familiar with are Scourge from Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2001) and Nemesis Prime from Transformers Armada. I briefly saw the Transformers Alternators variant of Nemesis Prime in my local toy store, a little too fragile for my tastes. I also saw a clip of the Bayverse version of Nemesis Prime during that film's release, low effort is as polite as I can put it.

I also always like the jet-wing nemesis prime just a transformers DOTM Optimus and the AOE nemesis prime and the bumblebee movie nemesis prime plus I love both of them
