What kind of butter is that? Salted butter? Normal butter to spead on bread or what?

I e always made “country style” where the eggs are cracked and mixed in the skillet, producing yellow and d white scrambled eggs. I still prefer that method, it I followed your heating and cooking instructions to produce better scrambled eggs this.

You can also switch out the butter with a tablespoon of olive oil if you don’t prefer butter.

If you watch Gordon Ramsay make scrambled eggs it is nothing like this. He says you should not whisk them as they go mushy. Just break then straight into the pan.
