Secretary of the Navy Richard V. Spencer addressed members of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility workforce Sept. 20, 2019, in Bremerton, Wash., before touring key projects and facilities during his hour-and-45-minute visit to the shipyard.
