Eddie was a friend of my father’s….he and I keep in touch and I am so very glad to know him…he is an inspiration, a breath of fresh air and a jolly story teller!! ❤

If you have spent any significant time in Banff and/or have had the privilege of meeting Mr. Ed Hunter, you will agree than this man is a true legend. Anything Eddie has received from the mountains he has returned to the mountains and the community of Banff x 10. The world needs more men like him. My kids had the privilege of skiing haEd Hunter with Eddie, and we still brag about it 15 years later. Many more happy turns Eddie in this life and the next.

To the producers of this video, well done. A small beautiful slice of a life lived well lived, far more than most.

What a great narrative from a man who is worthy of respect on SO many levels. He has enjoyed the park and brought its' beauty to show the world. Great ambassador for many causes and his attitude and life style speak of a man who has lived everyday with gusto. A life well lived, Eddie!

This was beautiful. I am 47 years old and I have skied every year since I was 3. My dad took me to buy my first pair of skies and I remember. They were white and off a carousel rack, they had screw on edges and a waxed cloth bottoms and bear trap bindings. I have shared my love of skiing with so many people over the years, teaching and coaching. Have taught my three kids to love the sport and I enjoy the Rockies with my wife every chance I get.

Terrific for Mr. Hunt! I also am 88 and still skiing and carving. We made our own skis, bindings etc. when I started over 80 years ago. What a tremendous testimony as to how wonderful skiing is.
