How do you take care of your coloured hair while traveling? Don't they get dry and frizzy?

Government should preserve these places, keep it up, and make facilities for tourists. In the west they take it seriously to preserve ancient places. Also why do people throw garbage in the streets, does'nt local towns in India have a way to collect garbage and dispose properly, in the west people would be fined.
