Brawl Stars: Temur's Two Types - Eshki Dragonclaw Historic Brawl

Thank you for the video. I’m learning every time I watch your brawl video. Then every time I tell myself I would try it but I chicken out (lol)

In paper I built Eshki as a largely dragons deck using a bunch of the omen dragons to help fuel the non creature half. It’s purposely weaker than the optimal strat with her but fun AF.

Can't be countered is the exact reason I run Gale's Redirection in most of my blue-heavy decks. It wouldn't have saved your opponent in game 3 from the attack following the Balefire but I do find it fun to thwart uncounterable spells.

Eshki is an amazing midrange commander! Just playing efficient cards, drawing and growth every turn. And she can go in a lot of directions, too. Scales, extra combats, adventures, self-bounce, spellslinger... one of my favorite cards in the new set!

Hey Amy, love your videos! Do you have any idea of a good budget brawl deck to craft? And how can we upgrade the deck even further?

Why the commander cards like Zurgo Stormredemer are in arena but you cant craft it????

Hot take, but Housemeld is fine, actually. It's necessary counterplay to the oppressive, high power commanders that can be spammed every turn because they refund most or all of their commander tax (Roxanne, Rusko, Golos, etc.) Neutralizing auras are a minor impediment at best; Housemeld at least demands a recast if it's removed.

eshki is pretty cool, voltron but you dont have to voltron, you can also just play other stuff. do you think youll do a video for shiko, paragon of the way? it has a cool interaction with mdfc's that have a cheaper side that let you cast the more expensive side for free. or you can make it a solitaire blink deck

Do you think eshki dragonclaw is viable in a commander 4v4 format ? I<m daydreaming of a spell/creature mix with her but Im afraid it wont be strong enough for the pod im playing. seems clunky at first playtests...

Honestly, fixing Housemeld would be pretty easy. All you'd need is a reflexive trigger: "Exile target creature. When you do, it perpetually becomes an enchantment, then return it to the battlefield under your control." That would create a second trigger on the stack, giving you the chance to move a commander back to the command zone.

That makes me think that they wanted it to work the way it does...
