До минус 20 никакой разницы. Всё дело в присадках. В минералке присадки лучше разбавляются, и не выподают сильно при перегреве. И смазывающая способность лучше...

Its better if you use mineral oil in lower CC engines. Like 100-200cc. But in bigger heart, e.g. engines more than 200 CC,go for synthetic.
