A commission can work if it’s with limited power and the right people. It worked for the Feds because it was the right guys. They were all long time members that everyone respected. There was the ruthless one and the other two were very down to earth and balanced it out so there were no power trips. It worked for them for 40 years. We’ll see how it plays out with the state and whatever guys took over in the Feds.
