The animation and soundtrack was the best

It was a good movie extremely like it

I watched this alone and I cried so much I’m 23 😂

I wish I watched this movie sooner. I never felt more seen or related to a movie more. I came here as a little girl. We were refugees from a war torn country. My parents opened a convenient store turned it into a bodega type place with home cooked food and imported goods from my country. My dad always said his dream was to have a stand at a market and we joke about that bc how far we come from that all the hard work we surpassed that dream. They bought a restaurant 6 years after that. But I never related to the burden of being an immigrant daughter. The restaurant is my life. People don’t understand. That restaurant gave us a life. I can’t ever repay the sacrifice my parents Made. The guilt I feel everyday for not taking over the family business. I decided to go to medical school to become a doctor instead as if I downgraded. Lol but no one understands this, and I felt like this movie was made about my life.

I really like this movie. I wish this was a theme park, I'd visit it all the time. I would buy art created by Ember in a heartbeat.

Although you do not get to hear it in this trailer, the real star of the film is the magical music score.

I liked it. It's always people overthinking everything and people just always have to ruin everything. It was a good and touching movie, good jokes, awesome animation and lovely love story.
