You do realise that if Kai chose the Fang Blade over Lloyd's life, they would both die, especially Kai, because his True Potential is the reason why he, along with Lloyd, survived, and he achieved it after realising that he's not meant to be the Green Ninja, right? And even if he survived, his friends, including his sister and master, will turn their backs on him, because of his selfishness and letting a CHILD DIE. Also, Garmadon would kill him in that place.
