As a maths tutor I'm learning communication skills from this guy. The more knowledge you have, the easier it is to get your point across to children.

Imagine, the duo Prof Andrew Szydlo and Prof Julius Sumner Miller on the same bill, Chemistry and Physics extravaganza.

Andrew was my Chemistry teacher many years ago...he was a lot of the reason I went on to do my Doctorate. I got the bug for Chemistry from him. :) It's so nice to see him inspiring generation after generation of budding young chemists.

It's ironic that the advertisements on the electrically-powered London Underground are promoting Hydrogen as the fuel for the future... Big Oil is still missing the point that their heyday has passed.

What a nightmare taking notes at one of his lectures. So fire is made by heat air and oh we are now on to chemical mixing that changes colour so liquid a mixed with liquid b makes oh here we go liquid nitrogen is - 196 degrees which turns to air if u throw it in the air and if you put a high energy material like rubber oh we are now onto a toy helicopter balloon. He needs to slow down, love the energy but it’s quite draining trying to keep up with him.

Gotta admit this 1hr and 23 minutes flew by.

If I had teachers teaching me like he does i would like to think I would be the next Einstein he is so polite and respectful to his students he catches your attention and curiosity and imagination, damn he is a good,good kind man if only he was father,I would have the world i only hope his children realise how lucky they are. I’m sure they do.

How I wish I would've had somebody like this in school as a teacher, this is like the 5th one I'v watched of his lectures and smiled the whole time. I love it when they go to applause him and he just "no no no stop it" and goes right back to what he was doing or back to the same word he left off on without missing a beat even before they can process to stop clapping LOL

This guy has a great sense of showmanship and a fantastic teacher

Great lecture by professor

- We put a little bit of hydrogen under a mountain, then ignite it. The mountain disappears. Explain the experiment.

- Hydrogen is so light it makes the mountain fly!

I love how he explains his pyromaniac experiences with similar enthusiasm as an old Targaryen dragonlord might.
