I have to say this, I clicked on this first thing, then immediately didn't get to play it at all, it's been about an hr and a half give or take, and 3 minutes into a whole different video, after 30 minutes of Sun Gazing, and AS THE WARMTH OF THE SUN IS HITTING MY FACE I backed out of the video I started to Google a book from the comments and THIS CLIP TOOK OVER MY AUDIO! I COULDN'T EVEN FIND IT TO STOP IT, annnnnnd I didn't want to stop it! I was being wowed by the words and I was scared to ruin it so I just stopped everything and started repeating every word she recommended to say out loud. I literally felt like the universe just said 'No no no, your not going to miss this one, because we need YOU to actually say this THIS morning RIGHT NOW' 🫨🤯☯️🙏🏻🙌🏻💃🏻🧘🏻‍♀️😳🙏🏻
