I met a woman, she told me she was equivalent to a CEO in the company she works in, she was talking about all this EOS stuff, and their company's culture, which is kinda like the buzzword nowadays. on and on, she went about the testing, meetings, conferences, and how this guy is a ... and she's a ... and that they work together good because he a .... and she a ... but then, there was this other guy she had to work with whom she had conflict with because he's a this .... and she's a that... And, soon after meeting her, i was thinking, omg! Please make it stop!! 😂 when you think you've got it all figured out! Think again!

ОтветитьThe only thing that is ridiculous about this system is the meetings too many meetings efficiency. I’ve been working in EOS for three years now and I hate all the meetings there’s two many. So many meetings it makes us inefficient.
Another thing is constant evaluation of people. I did a quick evaluation, but we are constantly evaluating people. It’s like a psychology project.
