ОтветитьSoy in the US is 95% GMO and can be an endocrine disruptor. Many people here do not respond well to the GMO soy beans and it was originally created in the East to because it was highly estrogenic which help physiologically to promote high estrogens in men and therefore a natural form of birth control.....not sufficient for a quality protein, especially in those with autoimmune disorders who are already struggling with malabsorption. No diet is good for everyone. Fact.

Majority of legumes,nuts,raw fruits and leafy vegetables,milk and wheat/gluten have to be eliminated causing protein, essential minerals and iron deficit. It would be helpful if you could provide your insight regarding this. Thankyou
