This holiday event sucked. Part 1 was way better, since it let me get majority of the ice spawns I needed, then the research rewards and ice spawn here and there, in part 2, allowed me to get my platinum. But it was so lack luster, woohoo barely spawned, lots of rammed spawns.

Anyone who says they hate complainers doesn’t realize how good holiday events / seasonal events used to be. October used to be awesome and so did December… now they are extremely underwhelming. It’s not complaining when you point out the obvious. Imagine giving a players who’s played since 2016 a hard time because we’ve seen how far this game has fallen. Pay to experience the entire event… spawns recycled for the 1000th time. Costume mon used to spawn now it’s paywall

Odd how they say shiny event glaceon wasn't in the game. I got a shiny event glaceon during the event several days ago and only did one raid 👍

I went hard for the wooloo all event and not ONE shined >:( plus i didnt get a single shiny i wanted from part 1. This event is easily the worst this year

This holiday season event was disappointing. My favorite Pokémon are Water and Ice types, and I would have preferred spawns focused solely on them rather than all the unnecessary extras I wasn’t interested in.

What I expect will happen during Pokemon Festival 2025?

Magearna is the grand award for the Pokemon Go 2025 special research. So the logo of the 2025 Pokemon Go Festival will have gears on both left & right sides.

Frigibax appears 1 star raid & can be shiny.

First ever Max Raid includes as a part of the Pokemon Festival gameplay. I expect will be Gigantamax Melmetal will be big also it can be harder than normal Gigantamax battle which 6 star Max raid. Gigantamax Melmetal since Melmetal is mythical Pokemon so Max raid will be at least 7 star Max Raid.

Eternamax will not coming on Pokemon festival 2025 not that fast but Pokemon festival 2026 as ten years anniversary Pokemon festival!!!

Also I am expecting the first ever Max Raid grant as Pokemon festival Ultra Bonus.

I was able to get shiny Wooloo last week (before costume), this week I got a shiny Cetoddle from a raid and yesterday I got 2 costume shiny Wooloo. I have been hitting the grindstone hard, catching about 1000 Pokemon a day. I did get the shiny Delibird during spotlight, so happy about that....finally after 3 years.

Glad I already have a Shiny Costume Glaceon from 2021 so I didn't do raids for them. Was too focused on Psyduck, and Dedenne.

Also I got VERY lucky with Cetoddle and the first one I checked off the incense was Shiny. Just evolved it and Shiny Cetitan looks amazing! ✨️❄️🐋

Pokemon go has been out sence 2016 naintic has had more then enough time to get their act together at this point their mess up that involve "mistakenly" shiny locking stuff is not a mistake but a deliberate choice why pay wall a mon 1× when u can lie about shiny locking stuff keep quiet about it then Do a make up event that encourages players to spend more money naintci doest make mistakes it's a shady cash grab
