Marking the Upper Eyelid Incision

Hi doctor recently I've started to have a strange depression in the inner corner of uppef eyelid i used to have a crease which similar to the green line you ve draw but after i lifted the beginning of brow the line or crease in the end of it in the inner corner disappeared and the skin in that arae is depressed to the rest of skin is that means the attachment of lavator muscle is damaged in just this area or what no one talks about my case and it can be treated 😢i hope you can my respond my comment i have a big concerns about my case

My surgeon made the scar waaaay to high. What do i do now :-(
